Our Homestyle Nationwide Ltd home delivery service delivers available products directly to your home.
We can deliver to any address in the United Kingdom where we currently have a member base.
How do you deliver my online order?
Either we deliver to you by our Homestyle Vans or by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracking
Typically, Orders placed before 1pm on any Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Items ordered Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the next Monday. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery if by courier.
IMPORTANT: WE DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO MEET THE DELIVERY TIMES SPECIFIED IN THIS SECTION. OCCASIONALLY, HOWEVER, DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE AFFECTED BY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND THEREFORE THEY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF WE BECOME AWARE OF AN UNEXPECTED DELAY.
You can check progress of your online orders by visiting us online at www.homestyle4u.co.uk and go into “My Account” and you will receive emails on the progress of you order.
• Standard Postal and Courier Deliveries (if used): within 5 working days usually delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (please be advised this depends on items being in stock) If items are not in stock delivery may take up to 21 days.
• Homestyle Nationwide Ltd Home Delivery Service: within 14 working days
If you purchase two or more items and they have different availabilities, you may be able to get your items individually as soon as they become available providing a Homestyle Van is in your area.
Delivery Charges may be combined where possible, if you place more than one order on one working day. This will be determined by size and weight of the parcel.
Delivery Charges will not be combined for orders placed on different days.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The standard charge depends on the type of product ordered and is displayed on each product page.
You will always see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
Our delivery charges are currently:
£4.98 for orders up to £50
£5.99 for all orders from £50 to £100
Orders over £100 FREE (unless specified)
VAT is included in all charges.
From time to time, we offer free delivery on your website order. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time. You will be notified on free delivery dates on our website, via email and on Facebook and/or Twitter.
NOTICE: Whilst We always try to ensure the accuracy of the prices on Our Website, there will inevitably be rare occasions when we make a mistake. If we discover any errors in the price of Goods, We will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit Your Order at the correct price, select alternative products or cancel your Order.
Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Goods
We want you to be happy with your products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately where we will be happy to rectify the problem no quibble.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made either on line or via our mobile shops, we’re happy to give you a full refund, including delivery charge (if applicable), provided:
•You return your item(s) to us in their original condition
•If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging
•The product has not been installed
•The product is returned with the original box and packaging, with seals and shrink wrap intact and along with any accessories received with it
•Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day the goods are delivered.

* “working days” means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
– for any personal hygiene products such as shavers and gift sets or earrings.
– the goods were a special order to your specification
We have a 60 Day No Quibble Policy – you have up to 60 days to change your mind once you have received your items by contacting us on the above details.
Returns Postage Labels
Please note if we are unable to collect unwanted items from you directly, we may send you a return postage label to return your item.
You must use this label within 7 days to return your item to us. If you do not use the label to return the product you will be charged the amount we are charged by our courier (myHermes) for the returns label.
If you change your mind and decide to keep the item please contact us as soon as possible.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been dispatched by using our tracking facility. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us.
Faulty goods – Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will offer a prompt repair service. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 60 days as we offer a 60 day No Quibble Policy. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
– in otherwise ‘as new’ condition
– complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it if possible, with the original box and packaging
Can you collect the item I want to return?
We can collect your product direct from your home at no extra charge.
You can either email us on email@example.com, return the product to our Homestyle Vans or phone us on 07590 735 132 to arrange a collection. You can also contact us via Facebook.
Collections will be made when an agent or delivery driver is next in your area, you will be contacted by them with an estimated date for collection.
Aftersales is open from 9am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Please be aware that Aftersales may operate an answering phone service but you will be contacted within 48 hours. Facebook will be monitored during normal office hours.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.
