When you apply to join us we do not credit check you, instead we carry out our own affordability tests over time which enable us to have a better understanding of what is affordable for you.  We may be able to give credit even when other lenders may have turned you down.  
 
No hidden fees to catch you out, what you see is what you get – and we make it easy to apply, asking for only the minimum information necessary. 
 
We are always here to help, if your circumstances change, our friendly member support team is here to help you get back on track and you can always reach us via our online chat on our website or via social media. 
 
We make sure you can afford to repay what you borrow and we never add any interest rates to your purchases. Members must be over 21,  have been living at their address for over 6 months and have their own bank account.
