What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders are products not available that are either brand new items not available yet, and/or products currently sold-out from our online shop.

Once you express your interest by clicking 'You Would Like to Pre-Order' a Personal Shopper will promptly get in touch with you to discuss the details and finalise the order.

It's important to note that “clicking the button” on our website doesn't automatically place the order; our Personal Shopper will guide you through the process.

We'll keep you informed about the expected arrival date for all Pre-Orders. Whether you're a new or existing member, you have the option to pre-order.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Everything you need to know about Pre-Orders.

By placing a Pre-Order you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place a Pre-Order and keep a copy for your records.
1. Placing a Pre-Order
ALL Pre-Orders must be placed by a personal shopper.  

By selecting Pre-Order on the website, a personal shopper will be in touch with you to discuss ordering your product(s) for you, they will inform you of the next due in delivery date.

We reserve the right not to accept your Pre-Order if you do not meet our relevant affordability criteria
2. Payments
Continuous payments must be made at your usual payment terms, if payments are missed your order may be cancelled.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is permitted up until the due date.

All Pre-Orders made are considered as sold.

If you later change your mind, you can return your product(s) in the usual way via royal mail free of charge.
4. Due/Delivery Dates
Due Date is not the same as Dispatch Date. Our Due in Dates are based on the shipping schedule of our selected suppliers.

Once we receive your product(s) we aim to dispatch them on the same date where possible or as soon as is possible.

We cannot assure you the exact date and time of its arrival due to several factors such as delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (Technical problems of the shipping company, Natural Disasters etc.).

If you cannot wait, then please do not proceed with your Pre-order.
5. Delivery Address
All orders made shall dispatch directly to the person and address specified on your account. If you wish to deliver to an alternative address, please let us know before the due in date so we can inform our Warehouse.
6. Having more than one Pre-Order
You can have more than one Pre-order, credit limit allowing.
7. Returning Members
Returning members with a clear balance will need to re-start payments when a Pre-Order is placed.  

You will be sent a link to recommence your payments.  

No Pre-orders will be dispatched without the new payments showing in your account payment history.

If you do not set up payments, the Pre-order will be cancelled.  

If you change your mind and no longer want your product(s) and payments have recommenced then any payments made will be refunded within 3 days.
8. New Members
New members with no payment history with us will need to start payments when a Pre-Order is placed.  

You will be sent a link to set up your payments.  

No Pre-orders will be dispatched without the payments showing in your account payment history.  

If you do not set up payments, the Pre-order will be cancelled.  

If you change your mind and no longer want your product(s) and payments have started then any payments made will be refunded within 3 days
