It may only be January but our ideas for this year are flowing, we have so many. Already one month in we have lots to tell you. You can’t hold us back!
This year socially our Community Hub will be a major feature for us and our members. You will start to hear about it more and more, if you are on facebook and want to get involved more details will be posted throughout this blog. Join us and help make a difference to Homestyle.
New products , every year we promise new products and ranges and every year we deliver. We will not let you down this year, although its too early to reveal whats coming we are already attending trade shows and discussing what our members have been asking for. If you want to recommend items then let us know via the community hub, we already have members giving us ideas and we are already looking into whether we can get them.

Personal Shoppers , from January Lisa and Helen (your personal shoppers) are personally hand picking the items you get offered each week, our introductory and special offers are very popular and they often get asked for items so we decided that it would be a good idea for them to select items from our suppliers based on member demand.
Back with a bang…. another positive note, our personal shoppers have been given the go ahead to offer pre orders to all our members all year round, thanks to the success of the Christmas pre orders again last year. If you’re not sure what a pre order is then its a way of helping our members purchase items that they do not have the credit for, ask a personal shopper for more details. Only available with your personal shopper.
Keep an eye on the personal shopper group on facebook for valentines fragrances get yours early to make sure you have it in time and if there is something you want them to sell then mention it in the community hub!!!.
A new benefit for 2018 – Our wish list now has a 60 day price fix. This ensures that when members add something to your wish list and we raise the price you are able to still get the item at the original price. If this is something you come across then we welcome you to get in touch with us so we can make sure you get the correct price.
If the item you wanted is now out of stock then contact your personal shoppers who will try to get you an alternative at the same price or as close as possible to the original price.
Did you know another benefit we also have a 60 day No Quibble Credit Back Policy if you are unhappy, you change your mind, you don’t like it, or just don’t want it then you can send it back. No questions asked, we can either refund or send an alternative for you.
A new Homestyle Van, we have plans for a shiny new van to add to the Homestyle family later this year.
As of yet all we know is that the process of installing the inside of the van will begin some time in March…. the rest is unknown at this stage but it will be our best van yet, we can promise you that and we can’t wait to show it off to you. Watch this space.
A couple of important points:
We send out emails every Tuesday and Friday showing our latest products, these emails also sometimes contain important information that you need to know, so make sure you open them and give them a quick once over. Also if you don’t receive them then let us know as we may have the wrong email address for you.
We have an App that you can also use to access our website or info about us (find it on iTunes or Googleplay)
Our website carries very limited stock, if you don’t see what you want then contact a personal shopper, it is their job to help you find what you want. If you see something but it’s the wrong colour or size then again ask your personal shoppers – they can usually help find the most suitable items for you and they have access to lots more stock that you will ever find on the website or our vans.
Lastly, the small print – we always recommend our members re read our T&C on a regular basis, we have recently updated them for this year.
