If you have any questions about your order, have missing items, damaged items or want to cancel an order please submit your query and we will get back to you

You will receive an email from us when your items are dispatched or if we are waiting for items that are out of stock. If we use a courier they will also email you with tracking info.

We will aim to deal with your query within 48 hours

If you find an item if faulty please contact us and we will get back to you 


If you want to return an item you are unhappy with or you have simply changed your mind and no longer want it.
