Guide to getting the most out of your Homestyle Membership

Thank you for choosing to join Homestyle an become part of our ever growing family.  

We were established back in December 1993 and still have members that joined us way back when!  We think this is testament to how great the service is that we give to our members. 

 We take the friendly approach and like to think this is what keeps our members coming back to us.  

As a valued member we created this “Guide” to enable you to get the most out of your Homestyle membership.  As you know by now the £15 annual membership fee gets added to your Homestyle balance,  it’s not taken directly out of your bank.  You will get an email when your membership fee has been added so you are aware.  This charge covers all our admin fees plus all the benefits you receive from us which we will detail below:

Our unique vans have changed over the years into the wonderful home shopping van you see today, and you won’t see anything else like these believe me.  They carry all our stock, stacked out like a mini shop on wheels.  You select your items and your friendly driver does the order for you and you walk away with the items there and then.  Nice and easy.

Our website carries all our ranges of stock.  It is open on a daily basis and the best part is it works 247 (hence the name Homestyle247).  We add new, brand named products every week day.

If you don’t see what you want on the website then contact our Personal Shoppers as that is what they are there for.

Personal Shopper 

Our Personal Shoppers work Monday to Friday 9-5 and are found in our Personal Shopper Facebook Group (click here to access the group).  However you can also email or text them for assistance.  (Contact them here )

Their purpose is to place orders for you based on items they post in their group every day.  They are a massive value to our existing members and some of our members use them regularly.  They have offers and first look at the newest products before they hit the website or home shopping vans.

Birthday Club

New to 2021 you can sign up your under 12’s to our birthday club.  You get a £5 money off voucher when you register and another £5 voucher on your child’s birthday.

Refer a Friend

if you would like to refer a friend then ask us for your “unique code”,  You can then give this to your friend to get 10% off their first order with us as well as earning your self £10 credited to your Homestyle account when your friend becomes a paying Homestyle member.  Invite as many friends as you like.

Text Back

Our simple to use text back service is handy if you want to know your balance or available spend.  Just send a text to 07860 041 435 with the word BALANCE and it will text you back your details (if you do not receive this text then check we have your current mobile number).

Wish List 

This is on our website when you log into your account and you can add items you would like to your wish list, once a week if your items are available we will email you to order them.  

If you no longer want it then just remove it from your account and you will no longer receive email reminders.  

Marketing Emails and Texts

We will email you with our latest items in stock, giveaways and other useful information you will want to know.

We also text you weekly with our personal shopper new in products.  You need to opt in to receive them so make sure you are signed up or you will definitely miss out. 

Discounts and Coupons

We regularly give out discount vouchers and money off coupons.  These are usually sent by text message to you to use at the checkout when you place an order.  Please also check our weekly emails.  

Exclusives / Sale and Clearance Items 

Exclusives are shown on our website on the products themselves.  If you want something only available on the van or with a personal shopper then just click on the product itself, we will be notified and we will then contact you to see if you still want it, we will also order it for you .

Honorary Members

Every month two lucky Homestyle members are chosen to receive FREE membership for life.  You never know it could be you one day.  

Reorder Reminder

We can now offer you a reminder for certain items such as fragrances and skin creams that you may wish to order on a regular basis . You tell us what you would like to be reminded to purchase and when it is due then we will message you to order it, we can also order for you with your permission, at the stated time

Your Account Information

Pay Online

If you want to make a one off payment to reduce / clear your balance you can do this when you log into our website or via this link Secured by Sage pay

Funds are instantly added to your account, this is helpful if you want something you see on website or with our personal shoppers but you don’t quite have enough available, you can top up with the amount need to enable you to place your order. 

Raise Credit Limit

Members who have been with us for 6 months are able to raise their payments which will increase their credit limit. 

Typical Payments are 

£10.00 a week – credit limit £240.00

£12.50 a week – credit limit £290.00

£15.00 a week – credit limit £350.00

£17.50 a week – credit limit £400.00

£20.00 a week – credit limit £450.00

Difficulties with making a payment

From time to time we know this may happen.  We do not want any of our members to feel they have to struggle to meet a payment with us.  If this happens to you please contact us to discuss your options with us.  07525 700840

My Account is on hold

When ordering on the website if you receive this message it means you are unable to order because one or more payments are missing on your account.  Most of the time this is due to receiving a new bank card as is quickly resolved.  Please give our accounts team a call on 07525 700840 to get your payments up to date.

Minimum Spend

This is £24.99.  This means that to place an order with us you need to place an order to the minimum value of £24.99 (this does not include delivery).  If you try to order under this amount it wont let you!

Our personal shoppers can help make suggestions on items suitable to “top up” your order to meet the minimum spend 

 Changes to your Order

You will need to contact us if you wish to chase,  cancel or amend an order.  Click here

Please note that orders are usually dispatched the same or next day so we are not always able to do this.  But do not worry we can send you a returns label to return your order free of charge. 

Faulty Item

Sometimes items are damaged in transit or are faulty.  Please do not worry about this we will send you a label to return the item(s). From time to time some items may be damaged or have missing parts, we will always replace these items for you so you have no need to worry if something ever goes wrong.  Click Here to report a faulty item

Change Mind / Return an Item 

That’s OK, we have a no quibble returns policy.  Just send it back in its original packaging and when we receive it back in our warehouse we will credit your account for you.   Click here to contact us to arrange a return
